Remote Services
Remote services include consulting, investigation, report writing or other activities by Carr Enterprises on your behalf that are performed somewhere other than at your site. These services could, but do not have to, involve phone conversations, email exchanges, remote access to your computers using LogMeIn or similar software.
Remote services are billed in the same way and at the same rate as on-site services, though you obviously do not have to pay travel charges and reimburse out-of-pocket expenses.
