There are a couple of important steps to take so you can trust the data in Visual:

There is a full commitment to ensuring the accuracy of the data in Visual by all users.

Obviously this is a daunting list of requirements. You may wonder if your company can actually accomplish the task of getting Visual to work in this manner. It probably seems like too much work.
